Congratulations to Dr. Gregory Paradis to be awarded 2025 Eldon Gunn Service Award

We wish to congratulate Professor Gregory Paradis, a CERC member from UBC Department of Forest Resources Management, for being awarded the 2025 Eldon Gunn Service Award by Canadian Operational Research Society (CORS).

The Eldon Gunn Service Award is presented to members of the CORS who have made outstanding contributions of time and service to the society: at the national or local level, as conference organizers or as editors of CORS publications. This award celebrates exceptional commitment to advancing CORS through dedicated service and leadership. From founding the ForestrySIG to mentoring the next wave of researchers, Dr. Paradis’s contributions continue to shape the society’s future.
