Research Projects
- Stretchable Smart Textile Gloves for Dynamic Tracking of Articulated Human Hands: Bending the rigid silicon rules and conforming to biology. We use nanomaterials, nanofibers, polymers and composites to design and engineer soft and stretchable sensors, light emitting diodes to make advanced flexible and stretchable systems.
- Wearable health sensors: We develop novel wearable health monitoring devices for addressing clinical challenges, providing personalized health and improving lifestyle. We are part of SmarT Innovations for Technology Connected Health (STITCH) research cluster.
- Flexible solar and energy storage devices: We develop novel materials and devices for flexible solar cells, supercapacitors and batteries, targeting electronic application and other renewable energy generation and storage.
